Talent Acquisition Executive – Job Profile

Objective of the profile: To acquire talent (A player) in line with the Organization needs within the agreed timelines.

Job Description/ Key responsibilities of the role:

1. Manpower Planning

  • Determine the current manpower needs
  • Forecast the future manpower needs.
  • Define Talent acquisition strategies & timely evaluate for ensuring effectiveness.
  • Build & maintain the talent funnel

2. Develop Job profile

  • For new positions:To define job descriptions and job scorecard .
  • For existing positions:Fine-tune & redefine (if required) the job descriptions and job scorecard.
  • Profiling of the respective designation to set a benchmark for candidate’s evaluation.

3. Recruitment - Managing complete end to end recruitment process to get the right candidate at right place within agreed timeline

  • Posting of Job opening over identified platforms
  • Screening & short-listing
  • Interview scheduling
  • Organizing & Conducting Interviews
  • Evaluation as per set job profile
  • Employment verification & documentation
  • Salary Negotiations
  • Communication & acceptance of offer
  • On boarding & Synchronizing in the initial days
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection & settling stages

4. Work Management

  • Effectively use Applicant Tracking systems and other collaboration tools for end to end Talent Acquisition & Onboarding.

5. Nurturing Talent & Agencies

  • Lead Employer branding initiatives (Digital, Campus, etc.,)
  • Build & maintain strategic relationships with all vendors / agencies

Job Competencies / Require ments:

  • Min. 1.5 to 2 yrs experi ence in full-cycle ofTalent Acquisition & Employer branding into non IT segment.
  • Experience into Modular kitchen or furniture industry would bean added advantage.
  • Graduate in any stream. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Digital Media and Job portals.
  • Ability to understand th e profile and competencies of different roles.
  • Understanding of all sel ection methods and techniques
